I appreciate your input; however, I can honestly say that we had never scheduled an appointment. When scheduling issues arise as they sometimes and rarely do as I manage my calendar well, my clients are made fully aware of any rescheduling that we may need. I understand reviews when misrepresented are valuable to others to make sure they receive the 5 star level service they deserve.
